No sab\u00eda por donde empezar&#8230;si por los sabores pendientes que quiero probar este a\u00f1o o por los cl\u00e1sicos que en casa siempre triunfan. Como s\u00e9 que a partir de hoy ya no voy a parar de hacer helados he decidido preparar el que mas gusta a mis hijas (vale..si&#8230;lo confieso&#8230;a mi tambi\u00e9n me apasiona). As\u00ed que hoy te voy a contar c\u00f3mo hacer helado de Nutella casero.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/megasilvita.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/IMG_9829-helado-nutella2.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-11052\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-11052\" src=\"http:\/\/megasilvita.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/IMG_9829-helado-nutella2.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_9829-helado-nutella\" width=\"550\" height=\"825\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u2665\u2665\u2665Me chiflan las <a href=\"http:\/\/www.megasilvita.com\/tienda\/?subcats=Y&amp;status=A&amp;pshort=Y&amp;pfull=Y&amp;pname=Y&amp;pkeywords=Y&amp;search_performed=Y&amp;cid=0&amp;q=+copa+de+helado&amp;x=0&amp;y=0&amp;dispatch=products.search\" target=\"_blank\">copas de helado vintage<\/a>\u2665\u2665\u2665<\/p>\n<p>He sacado mi <a href=\"http:\/\/www.megasilvita.com\/tienda\/maquina-para-hacer-helados-funcooking.html#.VTWNsiHtmko\" target=\"_blank\">heladera<\/a> del fondo del armario para tenerla bien a mano durante toda la temporada. Aunque este helado lo podr\u00e9is preparar incluso sin heladera, los resultados con la m\u00e1quina son mucho mejores y te evitas el batido a mano que siempre es un incordio. Al principio era reticente a comprarme un trasto mas para la cocina, pero le saco tanto partido que estoy encantada. Hago helados y sorbetes durante todo la temporada, con ingredientes naturales, sin ning\u00fan colorante ni conservante artificial y encima mucho mas baratos que los comprados en los super.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/megasilvita.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/IMG_9857-helado-nutella2.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-11054\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-11054\" src=\"http:\/\/megasilvita.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/IMG_9857-helado-nutella2.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_9857-helado-nutella\" width=\"550\" height=\"869\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00a0\u2665\u2665\u2665Me encantan los <a href=\"http:\/\/www.megasilvita.com\/tienda\/?subcats=Y&amp;status=A&amp;pshort=Y&amp;pfull=Y&amp;pname=Y&amp;pkeywords=Y&amp;search_performed=Y&amp;cid=320&amp;q=cupcake&amp;x=0&amp;y=0&amp;dispatch=products.search\" target=\"_blank\">boles cupcake de porcelana<\/a> para servir helados mini\u2665\u2665\u2665<\/p>\n<div class=\"recetas\">\n<p class=\"titulosrecetas\">C\u00f3mo hacer helado de Nutella casero<\/p>\n<p class=\"ingredientesrecetas\">Ingredientes<\/p>\n<p>500 ml nata l\u00edquida<\/p>\n<p>300 gr Nutella<\/p>\n<p>70 gr az\u00facar<\/p>\n<p>150 ml leche<\/p>\n<p>1 cucharada de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.megasilvita.com\/tienda\/azucar-invertido-home-chef-300gr.html#.VTWQQCHtmko\" target=\"_blank\">az\u00facar invertido<\/a> o <a href=\"http:\/\/www.megasilvita.com\/tienda\/sirope-maiz-karo.html#.VTWQ5iHtmko\" target=\"_blank\">sirope de ma\u00edz<\/a>\u00a0(opcional)<\/p>\n<p class=\"ingredientesrecetas\">Elaboraci\u00f3n<\/p>\n<p>Con un batidor de varillas mezcla todos los ingredientes hasta que est\u00e9n integrados. \u00a0Yo siempre le pongo una cucharada de az\u00facar invertido o sirope de ma\u00edz para evitar que cristalice y quede bien cremoso. Si no tienes puedes no ponerle pero la textura ser\u00e1 menos suave.<\/p>\n<p>Pon la mezcla en la heladera \u00a0siguiendo las instrucciones de la m\u00e1quina. Guarda la mezcla en el congelador en un recipiente con tapa para evitar que se impregne de olores.<\/p>\n<p>Si no tienes heladera pon la mezcla en el recipiente y mete en el congelador. Cada media hora saca y remueve con las varillas. Un caprichazo para tener en nuestro congelador para cuando el cuerpo nos pide dulce. Yo lo suelo servir en copas y le pongo como topping \u00a0trocitos de coco y un chorrito de chocolate derretido. Es un pecado \u00bfverdad?
